TONG LING QIGONG

My practice specializes in teaching the Tong Ling Qigong system, developed by Master Huang Xing Qiang from Guilin, China. This system consists of 11 simple and effective exercises that are easy to learn and integrate into your daily routine. With regular practice, you will experience the remarkable benefits of Qigong.

​

I also teach a hard form of internal Qigong, the Boddhidharma's Vein Tendon Qigong, that focuses on fascia strength and elasticity and the health and mobility of your joints, and other Qigong practices focusing on different meridians.
