Tong Ling Qigong
There are hundreds of Qigong styles being practiced all over the world.
My classes focus on Tong Ling Qigong, a simple but very effective and balanced Qigong style.
Tong Ling Qigong clears the qi from your meridians, enhancing the flow of blood and qi in your body. It was created by master Master Huang Xing Qiang as an effective prevention and treatment of diseases, for strengthening the body and cultivating sixth sense and psychic power. It is a series of 11 exercises. The exercises take a couple of weeks to learn, however, it is a lifelong practice, and with regular exercise, you will be able to unlock the depth of your Qigong practice. Advanced practitioners can also use qi to heal others.

Tong Ling Qigong is suitable for everyone, requires no specific tools, or clothes, and can be done in a small space.
